The Marshall Public Library will honor all valid cards from those libraries which participate in the Library Consortium of Eastern Idaho* or other agreement by which the patrons of the Marshall Public Library can borrow physical materials from or use the services of the other library.
Except for access to Interlibrary Loan, Kanopy, and Libby, the services of the Marshall Public Library will be extended to these users as if they were residents of City of Pocatello, and these borrowers will have the same responsibilities as a resident of the City of Pocatello. All materials must be returned to the lending library.
